Ginger Root andFruit SmoothieBowl

Ingredients

1 inch ginger root

1 whole pineapple, diced

1 mango, diced

Handful of strawberries

1 tsp of fitppl Green and Red superfood

Orange juice (about 1-2 cups depending on preferred consistency, or juice from about 5-7 oranges)

Instructions

  1. If using freshly squeezed orange juice- Squeeze juice from 5-7 oranges, and remove seeds
  2. Slice 1 pineapple
  3. Slice 1 mango
  4. Add juice, sliced fruit, ginger root, and a handful of strawberries in a blender and blend on high until consistency is smooth.
  5. Top with your favorite toppings! (Pictured: raspberries, kiwi, hemp seed, and rose petals)
