Banana Superfood 
Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat or almond flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 large egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 mashed banana (better when ripe)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk (or any dairy-free milk) cashew is another good suggestion
2 tbsp coconut oil (and more to line the muffin tin)
1 handful unsweetened chocolate chips
1 large spoonful of fitppl green and red superfood powder
Optional peanut butter drizzle after baking
Optional bee pollen sprinkled on top

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
They taste amazing! 🙂
