Pancakes

Ingredients

1 mashed banana 
1 egg white 
2 tbs plain greek yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
10 drops of organic liquid stevia (optional) 

Whisk these and then add the dry ingredients: 
3 tbs fitppl cocoa and blueberry plant protein 3 tbs cocoa powder 
1/4 cup oat flour 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1/8 cup cashew milk (add last)

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients in the order listed. Start with the wet ingredients. Grab a big mixing bowl and mix everything together with a spoon or spatula and then add the cashew milk at the bottom of the list and mix up again with the spatula.

Use a ladle and ladle the mixture into a non stick pan (or lightly grease a pan with coconut oil if you don’t have nonstick) on low to medium heat. Let it cook on the first side for about 2 or 3 minutes and just keep checking to see if they’re “flip-able” yet like regular pancakes. They’ll need a little extra time on each side than regular ones because of all the added ingredients.

Lastly, heat 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond/cashew milk in sauce pan and add a heaping tablespoon of nut butter (I used Sunflower butter) whisk together and drizzle on top of pancakes. The sunflower seed butter is optional, I think it tastes so good!
