How To Make

Ingredients: 
1/2 cup of oats 
1 tbsp of chia seeds 
1 serving of fitppl vanilla and goji plant protein 1 cup of almond milk

Instructions

In a sealable jar add all dry ingredients, oats, protein powder and chia seeds, stir until mixed.

Add almond milk and seal jar, shake until all dry ingredients are covered. Store in the fridge overnight to allow oats and chia to soak.
