Avocado Dip

Ingredients

1 can of well drained Garbanzo beans (chick peas)
1 large avocado
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 leveled scoop fitppl Green and Red superfood
1/3 Cup of Lemon Juice
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of dried Italian herb seasoning
pinch of fresh oregano

Instructions

In a food processor, add 1 can of well drained Garbanzo beans (chick peas), 1 large Avocado, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1/3 Cup of Lemon Juice, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 leveled scoop of Fitppl Greens & Reds, 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herb seasoning, pinch of fresh oregano, (add salt and pepper if desired to taste) blend well and serve on desired toast, sandwiches, dip and more!
