1 cup of oats (instant oats)
1/4 cup Greens and Reds Superfood powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened flaked coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of vanilla bean powder
1 tbs honey
1/2 banana
1 tbs Almond Butter


Start by adding the oats to the food processor, follow with all of the “dry” ingredients – superfood powder, coconut and vanilla bean powder.

Pulse the food processor until well blended but not too powdery because you still want a little texture.

Then add the “wet” ingredients – honey, banana and almond butter. Pulse again until a dough like consistency forms.

Use a table spoon to measure out and roll into little balls, I got about 13 which came to about 70 calories each.
