Vanilla and 
Blueberry
Protein Muffins

Ingredients

1 serving of fitppl vanilla and goji plant protein
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tbsp of maca
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (or whites)
10 drops of stevia (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup of water or liquid
1/4 cup of blueberries

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug or bowl for 1 minute and 30 seconds at first, then 30 second intervals until the top sets and springs back when pushed (took about 2:30 for me)
