Blue Bowl

Blue and Delicious.

@mysoulandbowl throws down a protein packed blue bowl of goodness.

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen blue and black berries
1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
1 scoop of fitppl cocoa and blueberry protein
handful of spinach
1/2 cup non dairy milk of choice or water

Instructions

Blend it all up and add any toppings you’d like. Here I have chia and hemp seeds, almonds and frozen blackberries.
