Ingredients:

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

 
1/4 of a large avocado (40 grams), frozen*
 
Juice from 1/2 lemon or lime, or a whole clementine
 
1-2 inches fresh ginger (depending on taste)
 
1 tbs chia seeds
 
3 cups packed kale or spinach or 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach
 
1/2 large green apple (85 grams)
 
1/3 of a large cucumber (100 grams)
 
1 serving of fitppl vanilla and goji plant protein (25 grams)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. You can add a frozen avocado. The avocado does not need to be frozen, but makes the smoothie cold without adding ice. If your avocado is not frozen, just add a few ice cubes, but be careful to not water it down too much so it keeps a creamy consistency.
