2 acai smoothie packs

1 Banana

1 servings of fitppl cocoa and blueberry plant protein

1/2 cup of liquid (water or milk alternative)


Fruit of choice

Chia, hemp and or ground flax seed


Mix smoothie packs, bananas and liquid in a high powered blender. Add more liquid if needed to blend but not too much or you’ll have a smoothie. Top with granola, fruit and seeds.
