Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 scoop plant based protein powder

1 serving of fitppl green and red superfood

1 cup almond milk

Strawberries

Bananas

Instructions:

Put oats, chia seeds, and almond milk into a bowl and cook in microwave until most liquid is absorbed. Then add in 3 scoops superfoods powder and 1/2 scoop plant based protein powder. Mix together and add extra milk if needed. Cook until desired consistency. Top with fruit!
