Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oats

1 overripe banana

3/4 cup of almond milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp of fitppl green and red superfood

Instructions:

Mash together oats with banana. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Let it sit overnight. Then add desired toppings in morning. I topped it with raspberries nut butter (use your favorite), and cinnamon!
