1 large steamed and frozen zucchini

1/2 ripe banana

1 scoop of fitppl vanilla and goji plant protein

1 serving of fitppl green and red superfood

1 tsp essential living foods maca blend

1 tsp terrasoul reishi powder

1/2 cup of califiafarms unsweetened almond milk


Blend (I used the large blender attachment on my ninja kitchen pro mixer). Then add on:

1. Some mulberry, cacao, and spirulina crumbles.

2. Fresh organic raspberries

3. A dollop of wild friends vanilla protein almond butter.

4. A sprinkling of pomegranate seeds.
