INGREDIENTS:

1 serving of fitppl Greens and Reds Superfood powder

1/2 tbsp Salba Chia Seeds (Premium Ground)

1 cup organic, no sugar added, frozen mixed berries

1/3 banana

1 handful of spinach

1/2 cup-2/3 cup Siggi’s Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (amount varies based on how thick you want your smoothie to be)

A dash of water (amount varies based on how thick you want your smoothie to be)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all of the delicious ingredients together until desired consistency!

Then I topped it with fresh strawberries and blueberries, Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Hemp Ancient Grain Granola, and organic, unsweetened, shredded coconut!
