Ingredients:

2/3 cups unsweetened cashew milk (or milk of choice)

2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh key lime juice (about 7 limes)

2 tablespoons avocado

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 serving of fitppl vanilla and goji plant protein

1/2 cup oats*

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 teaspoon key lime zest

Instructions:

1. In a high powered blender, blend together cashew milk, key lime juice, avocado, vanilla, and protein powder.

2. Add to a jar and stir in oats, chia seeds, and lime zest.

3. Cover and place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight. In the morning, top with desired toppings and eat at room temperature or warmed to your liking.
