Ingredients:
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1/4 cup of garbanzo bean flour
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp grounded flax seeds (mixed in 4-6 tbsp water)
2 tbsp of fitppl green and red superfood
1 mashed banana
1/4 tsp baking soda.
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 cup coconut milk with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar mixed in
2 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
First make the flax seed mixture, then add the coconut milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside for 10 min. Mix all dry ingredients. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Cook on medium heat. Enjoy!
