I've been making protein shakes for twenty years and this is hands down the best powder I've ever used. Not only does it taste good (protein powders never taste good) but it is shockingly gentle on my stomach. Most powders, even plant-based, will eventually cause bloating and indigestion if you consume enough of them. With fitppl I'll add up to three scoops on some days and can't feel a thing. I've also seen awesome results with muscle gain, energy, and fat loss. Hooked for life.

I have been buying this for a few years and like it better than any other protein. I mix with straight water cause I’m lazy, and don’t feel like I have to choke it down like I do with every other brand I’ve tried. I don’t think I’ve ever had a 5 star protein but this is as close as it gets and I’ll keep buying it. I love that the entire packaging is compostable. The amino acid profile is legit.
