How To Make

Ingredients: 
Dry: (Mix and set aside) 
1 1/2 cups oat bran 
1/2 cup of gluten free flour 
1/2 cup fitppl cocoa and blueberry plant protein 
2 tbsp cocoa powder 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder 

Wet: (Mix and set aside) 
1/2 cup triple zero chocolate greek yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp hazelnut extract 
2 tbs coconut sugar 
1/4 cup stevia baking blend

Other ingredients: 
2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond/cashew milk (or just cashew milk) 
1 tbs stevia 
2 Egg whites 
3 pieces of 100% dark cocoa

Instructions

Mix all the wet ingredients together. 

Heat 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond/cashew milk (or just cashew milk) with 3 pieces of 100% dark cocoa and 1 tbs stevia in a sauce pan, do not boil! 

Add this to wet ingredient mixture and whip with a mixer. 

Gradually add dry ingredients and use mixer to blend. Add 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk and mix again. Add 6 oz of fresh blueberries and stir with a spatula. Add final batter to a greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 15 minutes and enjoy 🙂
