Ingredients

1 tbsp organic unrefined coconut oil
1-2 cups coconut milk, depending on preferred consistency
1 large orange, juiced
2 frozen bananas
About 1/2 of a pineapple, chopped
1 mango (or about 1/3 bag of frozen mango)
1 handful hemp seed
1 handful chia seed
1 serving of fitppl green and red superfood powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until texture is creamy (add more or less coco milk or orange juice for desired consistency). Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice.
