Peaches and 
Greens Bowl


1/2 frozen banana
1/4 fresh peach (flesh removed)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp essential living foods maca blend
1 serving of fitppl green and red superfood


Blend till smooth and then add:
1. small handful essential living foods superfood symphony (TONS of berry goodness!)
2. handful purely elizabeth ancient grain granola
3. Tbsp (or so…) of wild friends vanilla protein almond butter
4. fresh diced peaches on top
