The surprise is that the monk fruit in this doesn't bother me at all. Normally, I'm sensitive to non-sugar sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit in protein powders especially, but this one is masked by the other additions like blueberry, cocoa, and pleasant umami-like flavor of the adaptogens. Love that it blends smoothly into smoothies, yogurt, and a oatmeal. Will be trying the vanilla goji flavor as well!
The company's transparency and commitment to food safety and the environment is also a huge plus for me.
