Is It a complete protein?
Pea and rice protein work better together. Their amino acid profiles complement each other to provide all nine essential amino acids, creating a complete plant protein your body can actually use. Where does the flavor come from?
Smooth, lightly sweetened with organic monk fruit. No stevia, natural or artificial flavors, sugar alcohols, or other sweeteners. The flavor comes from real ingredients doing the work.
How is Optimal tested for quality?

Why is there a prop 65 warning?
Some ingredients in our products are grown in soil, which can naturally contain trace amounts of minerals and metals listed under California’s Proposition 65.
California law requires a notice when exposure to a listed substance may exceed the state’s very strict warning threshold, even when it comes from naturally occurring soil minerals.
A Prop 65 notice does not mean the product is unsafe. It means we are following California’s disclosure requirements. We source carefully, test finished product, and hold our ingredients to clear standards.
What is the shelf life?
Our protein powder has a 2-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
Store it in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch after each use. The lot number and expiration date are printed on the package.
Is this keto and paleo friendly?
Optimal has 0g sugar and 4g net carbs and fits into keto or paleo-style diets, depending on your personal carb targets and ingredient preferences. Always check the nutrition panel to make sure it fits your routine.
